Qualifications:

  1. Lead and support organizational projects, programs, and initiatives aligned with Mindlink Philippines’ mission and goals.
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with volunteers, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure effective teamwork and project implementation.
  3. Participate in planning, decision-making, and problem-solving discussions to contribute to organizational development.
  4. Monitor assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of expected outcomes.
  5. Represent Mindlink Philippines professionally in meetings, events, and external engagements when required.
  6. Uphold organizational values, policies, ethical standards, and a positive volunteer culture.

Job Descriptions:

  1. At least 22 years old and able to commit consistently to volunteer responsibilities and meetings.
  2. Strong interest in mental health advocacy, community development, youth empowerment, or social impact initiatives.
  3. Demonstrates leadership potential, initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
  4. Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  5. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and multicultural environment.
  6. Has good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Note: Successful candidates will be assigned to a suitable department based on their skills, interests, leadership potential, and organizational needs.
