Qualifications:
- Lead and support organizational projects, programs, and initiatives aligned with Mindlink Philippines’ mission and goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with volunteers, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure effective teamwork and project implementation.
- Participate in planning, decision-making, and problem-solving discussions to contribute to organizational development.
- Monitor assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of expected outcomes.
- Represent Mindlink Philippines professionally in meetings, events, and external engagements when required.
- Uphold organizational values, policies, ethical standards, and a positive volunteer culture.
Job Descriptions:
- At least 22 years old and able to commit consistently to volunteer responsibilities and meetings.
- Strong interest in mental health advocacy, community development, youth empowerment, or social impact initiatives.
- Demonstrates leadership potential, initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and multicultural environment.
- Has good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
