Event Organizer

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate students majoring in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related mental health fields, with a strong interest in mental health issues.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and creative in developing engaging activity or event themes for target audiences.
3. Motivated to learn event management (webinars, Instagram Live, podcasts, and talk shows); public speaking skills are a plus.
4. Has a reliable internet connection and a capable device to participate in online activities;
5. Able to communicate in English and Filipino, both in writing and speaking;
6. Available and committed to a 4-month online volunteer program and willing to attend online training sessions via Zoom.

Job Descriptions:

1. Plan, prepare, execute, and evaluate events such as webinars, Instagram Live sessions, podcasts, and talk shows.
2. Develop event documents (TOR and Event Accountability Reports) and revise them according to feedback and timelines.
3. Coordinate with speakers and moderators through briefings to ensure smooth event execution.
4. Participate in internal meetings and discussions, and optionally serve as a moderator or podcaster during selected events.
